Do you offer a senior citizen discount?

Yes! Any customer age 55 or older can enjoy a movie for $2.00 off General Admission Seating.

Do you offer a military or first responders discount?

Yes! As a way of thanking our military, all Active Duty Military and first responders can enjoy a movie for $2.00 off General Admission Seating.

How old must children be to enjoy a movie for the child ticket price?

Any child under 12 years old is eligible for a child ticket.

What forms of payment do you accept?

At the box office, we accept cash, ApplePay, Dunkin Theatre Gift Cards or credit cards (Visa, MasterCard, and Discover). Online orders can be paid using a Dunkin Theatre Gift Card or credit card (Visa, MasterCard, and Discover).

What is your refund policy?

Tickets purchased online are valid for the movie and date indicated on your confirmation page. For refunds and exchanges, please visit our box office. All concert ticket sales are final and non-refundable.

Do I have to have an ID to attend events?

Yes. We require IDs to verify that you are the named ticket holder for reserved tickets, and/or that you are over the age of 21 if you would like to purchase or consume alcoholic beverages.

Do you allow re-entry?

No re-entry will be allowed.

Can I bring a purse, backpack or bag into movies or events?

Yes. Purses, backpacks, and bags are allowed in our theatre, but are subject to search at our discretion.

Do you allow smoking during events?

No smoking is allowed in our theatre.

Do you serve alcoholic beverages?

Yes. Full service bar is available at most movies and events.

Where should I park?

There is ample street parking on Broadway and surrounding streets, as well as a dedicated parking lot on the southeast corner of Broadway and Noble Ave.

Do you offer handicap seating and/or assisted listening devices?

Yes. There are five (5) dedicated wheelchair spots available in the front floor seating. Assisted listening devices are available for all movies, but are not available for concerts.

Can I rent the theatre for a private event?

Can I sit in the balcony?

Yes. The balcony has had an extensive renovation boasting luxury rocker lounge seating with tray tables. There are no discounted tickets for balcony seating. Please note that, due to preserving the historic integrity of the theatre, there are only stairs available to access the balcony.

Note: All refunds and exchanges must be issued on or before the originally specified date and showtime. The credit or gift card used for online purchases must be presented to the box office. Service charges still apply.
